Custom softwareIntegrationsPractical AI
You know how your business runs.Your software should too.
We design, build, and maintain custom software for companies growing faster than the tools they started on.
The first conversation is free
We'll talk it through and tell you if we can help.
We come see how you work
We visit and learn your process before anything gets built.
You only pay for what ships
Payments land on milestones, never everything up front.
We warranty our work
If something we built breaks, we fix it at no charge.
What we build
The system your business runs its daily work on. We build the parts that don’t exist, connect the ones that do, and keep the whole thing running.
Everything in one system
Jobs, scheduling, customers, inventory, and invoicing in one place, so everyone works from the same numbers. Most businesses arrive with a few tools that half-overlap and a spreadsheet holding them together — this replaces that, with the rules, history, and permissions a spreadsheet can’t give you.
Connecting what you already run
No need to throw out your accounting package. We connect the systems worth keeping, so information gets entered once and shows up everywhere it’s needed.
The steps nobody should be doing by hand
Approvals, data entry, and the handoffs between systems, handled automatically so nobody has to remember them.
Software the crew will actually use
Phones and tablets that work in the field, with or without signal, so work gets captured where it happens.
AI where it earns its place
AI gets sold as a fix-all. It isn’t one. We build it in where it genuinely helps, and leave it out where it doesn’t.
Reporting that builds itself
Job costing, utilization, and schedule status, updated from the work as it happens. The numbers in your Thursday meeting come from Thursday morning, not from someone rebuilding a spreadsheet the night before.
You're not imagining it
The problems you're feeling have numbers behind them. Priced against a 12-person company at conservative rates, here's the bill.

How we work
Four stages, and you're in all of them. Then it starts again for whatever's next.
Learn
The person who'll write your software spends time on site first, watching how the work moves through a day.
Sketch
You see how the software will look and work, screen by screen, before anyone starts building it.
Build
Working software arrives bit by bit, each piece doing a real job, so you're reacting to the thing itself rather than a description of it.
Grow
It goes into real use and we keep it running — hosting, updates, and building onto it when you open a location or add a service line.
Why custom softwarecosts less than it used to
Custom software has a reputation: a six-figure quote, a year of waiting, and very little contact in between. That reputation was earned, and it's out of date. Two things changed.
Most of a build was never the clever part.
Every system needs the same scaffolding — screens, forms, validation rules, the wiring between them, the tests that keep it honest. That work is close to identical from one project to the next, and it used to be billed to you by the hour. AI does most of it now, which means our hours go to the part that is specific to your business. It’s still our work either way: same warranty, same people to call.
We don’t rebuild what already works.
Sign-ins, permissions, reporting, moving data between systems — these are solved problems with mature, well-maintained tools behind them. We assemble what’s proven and build custom only where your operation is genuinely different. That’s the sturdier answer as well as the quicker one: proven parts have had their bugs found already, by everyone else who uses them.
Which of them your project gets is a decision we make with you, not before we’ve met you. There’s no house framework we bend every project into — what we build with depends on what your business already runs, who has to keep it running, and what the job needs. We’ll walk you through that trade-off in plain terms before anything is chosen.

Questions we get asked
The things people usually want to know before they get in touch.
Ready to build something solid?
Whether you're ready to build something custom or just want a straight opinion on the systems you already have, let's talk. No pressure and no jargon, just a real conversation about where you're headed and how we can help.
